Fawlty Towers: Hotel Inspectors | The Germans | A Touch of Class

Description

JOHN CLEESE OF MONTY PYTHON LEAVES 'EM ROLLING IN THE LOBBY!

John Cleese, of Britain's premiere comedy group Monty Python, stars as Basil Fawlty. He's the sharp-tongued, short-tempered owner of Fawlty Towers, a hotel plagued by crisis, chaos and bizarre characters. Here are three hilarious episodes from this award-winning BBC TV series, each one a guaranteed reservation for polished slapstick, slick humor and utterly glorious silliness.

HOTEL INSPECTORS

Hotel inspectors are coming, and Basil may have already washed out by being thoroughly offensive to a guest. Thinking the guest is an inspector, Basil fawns all over him to make amends. But has he got the right man?

THE GERMANS

With Sybil in the hospital for an ingrown toenail, Basil is knocked out by a falling moose head. More deranged than usual, he corners his German guests and proceeds to tell them the "truth" about their Fatherland.

A TOUCH OF CLASS

Turning even snobbier, Basil decides it's time Fawlty Towers had a better class of clientele. So when Lord Melbury arrives, Basil will do anything to keep him there—including cash his Lordship's sizable check.
